My name is Marilyn Kaz, and I am a Master Home Builder. I'm proud of this designation. The Professional Home Builder's Institute of Alberta awards it, and to earn this designation requires a combination of effort, ability and innovation. At Kensington we stand behind our product.

The difference with the Kensington Service and Warranty is that we go above and beyond the norm. Not only do we provide a 10 year structural warranty through the New Home Warranty Program of Alberta, but we also ensure against any defects or product failures to your new home for not one, but two years after possession. You're guaranteed a minimum of three scheduled appointments during the first twelve months after possession and at least another two appointments in the second year. We believe this is something that can't be beat.
