Home builders in Alberta, who choose to be members, set the standards of excellence. ANHWP provides value-added services enabling members to fulfill their commitments to their homebuyers.
We go beyond the standard in service and warranty.
Not only do we provide a 10-year structural warranty through the New Home Warranty Program of Alberta, but we also insure against any defects or product failures to your new home for 2 years after possession. You’re guaranteed a minimum of 3 scheduled appointments during the first year after possession and at least another 2 appointments in the second year. We believe this is a commitment that can’t be beat and we are proud to be able to offer it.
